1. Format user area dulu bisa pake jurus 3 jari "*,3,green(panggil)" atau bisa juga pake *#7370#
2. Hidupkan ponsel tanpa pakai back casing nya.
3. Setelah selesai masuk ke settings > hard drive > lakukan tutup back casing secara perlahan-lahan dan maka akan muncul
hard drivenya dan meminta installasi ditunggu aja sampai muncul hard drive nya.
4. Setelah muncul hard drive atau terdetek segera lakukan full format langsung dan sediakan pengecas agar baterai tidak
drop pada saat format hard drive.
5. Selesai hard drive anda normal kembali.
